Every original painting is carefully packaged by hand by myself and I take pictures before shipping.

The included shipping is tracked and insured, however if your item arrives damaged then please take a picture of the damaged package before it is opened or the courier will not cover the item and a refund can not be given.

Refunds can not be given to damages incurred after receipt of the item (all items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping.

Prints & Merch Items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to be enviromentally responsible.

Refunds for these items are also handled directly by the manufacturer.
